Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Service Coverage

Réstorée currently provides pick-up and delivery services within Mumbai city.

  • For outstation deliveries or courier arrangements, service availability will be confirmed at the time of order.

2. Pick-Up of Items

  • Customers must ensure items are securely packed (if courier pick-up is used).
  • At the time of pick-up, customers will receive a receipt/order confirmation specifying the items collected and the services requested.
  • Réstorée is not responsible for items that are not clearly mentioned at the time of handover.

3. Delivery of Items

  • Delivery timelines will vary depending on the nature of the service (cleaning, restoration, re-colouring, repairs, personalisation).
  • An estimated delivery date will be provided at the time of order confirmation.
  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., supply of materials, complex repairs, or courier issues). Customers will be notified in such cases.

4. Courier & Third-Party Services

  • For deliveries outside our direct service area, Réstorée may use third-party courier partners.
  • While we ensure items are packaged securely, Réstorée will not be liable for delays, damage, or loss caused during transit by third-party couriers.
  • Customers are encouraged to opt for insured shipping when using courier services for high-value items.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses and contact information.
  • If delivery is attempted and fails due to incorrect details or unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply.

6. Uncollected Items

  • Customers must collect their items within 30 days of service completion.
  • Réstorée will attempt to contact customers, but items uncollected beyond 90 days may be considered abandoned and may be disposed of without liability.

7. Liability

  • Réstorée takes every precaution to ensure safe handling of items during pick-up, service, and delivery.
  • In the unlikely event of damage or loss caused directly by Réstorée, the company’s liability will be limited to five (5) times the value of the service charge paid for that article, in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
